I find work most rewarding when it benefits multiple teams. When I arrived at Thumbtack, all creative endeavors (and the resulting marketing campaigns) were one-offs – a short run of creative sent through a single channel, which was very expensive.

With this summer campaign the creative team stretched its brand wings and partnered with Sunday Afternoon to produce a suite of assets that could be leveraged for a variety of marketing collateral. I worked closely with the brand manager to build the list of deliverables and built email and social templates for the creative team to use to execute the deliverables on a tight timeline, in pixel perfect condition.

Another artifact produced during this pivotal campaign was a matrix of potential marketing assets that we used when planning every subsequent campaign which helped us maximize outcomes and drive growth and retention to new levels.
